The South Central Iowa Draft Horse and Mule Association is dedicated to the use of horses and mules for work and pleasure. It is comprised of approximately 120 families from around central Iowa that are interested in working with horses and mules in harness for work and recreation.  2007 Regular Meeting Dates - First Tuesday Of The Odd Months 7:00 P.M. during the winter months and 8:00 P.M. during daylight savings time at the Clarke Electric community room, 1103 N. Main, Osceola, Iowa.

Meeting dates are March 6, May 1, July 3, September 4, and Wednesday, November 7 (day changed to miss elections).
